What is EMS?

Electric Muscle Stimulation or ElectroMyoStimulation (EMS) is a revolutionary new way to achieve the results of a ninety-minute workout in just twenty minutes, making it a perfect solution for anyone with time constraints.

It works through mild electric impulses that are delivered to the skin surface above the muscles, triggering muscle contractions that simulate contractions that occur during traditional exercise. The impulses are generated by a state-of-the-art XBody device that is attached to an adjustable EMS Fitness full body training suit.

While you may have seen impulse-generating exercise belts, they only target the waist area. EMS Fitness training is a training method that stimulates all major muscle groups simultaneously to provide a full body workout.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Strength training programs are designed to target one group of muscles at a time. As we exercise, the brain sends a signal to the target muscles, telling them when to contract and when to relax. 

The faster the signal is sent, the faster the muscle is activated, and the better the results are. Because it takes time to establish a well-developed connection between the brain and the muscles, the effects of a traditional fitness training program may not be seen or felt for weeks or even months.
